Wildcat Canyon 2

Rogue Valley Trail

Hmm. My GPSr with Rancho trail map loaded showed that this was definitely off the main drag. Well, Motorbug got there a couple times, so how hard could it be? I spotted the remains of an old trail, and was equipped with long pants to give it a try. I dodged the poison oak along the way, but I later found out that I had picked up a tick along the way, probably here. Anyway, all's well that ends well. Thanks!

Chamise Trail

I was homed in on the right spot, since PO made searching other spots nearby unappealing. I didn't spot the cache on the first pass, however, or the second pass. Finally, I saw it right in front of me. Thanks!

Enchanted Forest

I got to the Rancho entrance about 6:50 am, and all the parking spots were full, with cars waiting for someone to leave. Amazing! I hadn't planned out a route ahead of time, but the Wildcat Loop looked promising. Thanks!
