I have noticed this one ever since it was hidden a few years ago. I haven't been able to plan a hike that included it until today. I decided that some new squashyo caches along the road and at the bottom of the trail was a good enough excuse for hiking up to this point. It was a nice afternoon for hiking, but the trail was a little steep. Tha nks!

Duck Pond

Well today I had much better luck. Greenbee17 and I rode out this morning to retrieve the nearby Venona clue, and we stopped by here for a second look. The pond was quite a bit lower than the last time I was here. The cache was a relatively quick find. Thanks!

Oat Hill Mine Road Trailhead

I didn't know there was a trailhead here. It was a beautiful day for hiking, and the many vehicles at the trailhead suggested that it was being taken advantage of. Wirebndr had his foot in a cast, so he wasn't up for a long hike. Thanks!
