Eddie the 1st Returns!By: bgantner afear (adopted by bullit) Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 2.0 Container: Regular
This spot is only about 0.3 miles from Horseshoe Lake as the crow flies. Unfortunately, this old crow doesn't fly. My GPSr zeroed out about 15 feet away, but it wasn't hard to find.
Christmas in JulyBy: kablooey Difficulty: 2.5 Terrain: 2.0 Container: Small

Grabbed it at lunchtime. I was afraid it might be archived like some other Rat puzzles.
View Seeker-Monte BelloBy: Tonton-Ca Difficulty: 1.5 Terrain: 1.5 Container: Regular
I had a little trouble with this one. The coordinates were right on, but I didn't look from the right angle. Also, an empty ziploc bag about 10 feet away was diverting my attention. The log is somewhat useable, but still soggy.
Monte BelloBy: Jish (adopted by PurplePeople) Difficulty: 1.5 Terrain: 2.0 Container: Regular
This was my first stop today. This is a nice spot and the bench is handy for examining the cache.

Still working my way through the Rat caches. Here's my example: Fellowship of the Ring, GC4695, November 2, 2003:
From the deep holds of the cache we liberated the left shoe travel bug in the hopes of mating it with it's counterpart to venture forth anew.

Magic Squares of Doubly Even OrdersBy: TeamJiffy Difficulty: 3.5 Terrain: 1.5 Container: Micro

Montalvo CrossingBy: workerofwood Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 1.5 Container: Regular
I sure someone will get spotted sooner or later doing this one because of the number of people through here. TNLNSL.
Montalvo LookoutBy: workerofwood Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 3.0 Container: Regular
I used to take my sons up here years ago. Last weekend I saw that there were no geocaches at Montalvo, so I got an ammo box, stocked it up and was going to put it near Lookout Point this morning, but then wham! last night I saw there were six new caches at Montalvo. I personally would not have made this one such a nasty job to retrieve... but thanks for the cache.
Wildcat Creek Shell CacheBy: 2marbleheads Difficulty: 2.5 Terrain: 2.5 Container: Regular
Made a quick grab after the trail traffic cleared. TNTLSL.

Another Rat puzzle crossed off my list. My GPSr had a little trouble here, but other than that it was an easy find. Thanks for the puzzle and cache.
