12:00 pm - We had a few hours to kill before our flight back home so we stopped by here for the cache, some history, and the air conditioning. We looked at the planes outside and a bit inside but short of paying $10 to enter the actual museum. Thanks.

5:51 pm - There were muggles close by, so searching here was tough. Two of them left after we took their picture on the bench together. The hint didn't ring any bells for me, so I did a quick search on my Treo. That helped narrow it down and I found it shortly after. Thanks for the cahe.

5:19 pm - 99 degrees - that was the high in Savannah today. Walking around was painful. Thankfully I didn't have to wait long before I found this cache so I could retreat back to some shade. Thanks!

4:47 pm - I didn't get a chance to use the chamber because a number of muggles were trying it out. I definitely wouldn't have it noticed it otherwise. Thanks!

4:44 pm - DNF. Pretty darn hot out here today and we just couldn't find it. Cool area though.

3:11 pm - We were about to have dinner across the street when I noticed ther was a cache right here. It was a quick one too! Thanks.

3:00 pm - Parking was tough here today. We found a spot in the lot right near here, but the other car with us spent enough time trying to find a spot that I was able to do this cache with time to spare. Thanks for the fun.

12:58 pm - One of the stages of my Bronze and Stone cache in New Hampshire is a statue of Pulaski. Unlike New Hampshire, I had my eye out for gators while making my way to the cache. It was crazy hot out today so I was happy to find it quickly. TNLN. Thanks!

12:21 pm - It sure was a hot day out today. We took advantage of our National Parks pass and did a quick tour of the fort. The moat was cool. It was even living history day so they had special events planned. All the tour guides were dressed in outfits from long ago. We had a good time exploring and found the cache easily too. Thanks!

6:04 pm - We tried this one yesterday, but it was hot and we didn't know where the trail was. I came back today for another try. I parked at the library and walked around before I found something that resembled a trail. Soon I found an actual trail that led me to the cache. TNLN. On the way out I found a much closer and strightforward place to park. Lots of trash, but it made this cache a lot easier. Thanks.

5:18 pm - We did the first stage on a bike ride when we had planned to take a tour of the preserve. It was too buggy and 2 of our party were on rollerblades which wouldn't work on the dirt parts of the trail. So I found the creative first stage and we headed to the second stage. That told me where I needed to be next. A few days later I stopped there. I couldn't find anything after a few laps around. When some of my younger relatives showed up on bikes, I convinced them to help me in exchange for ice cream. Eventually I found it, but then they came screaming around the corner yelling the date I was looking for. They had found it and were looking for me. We all enjoyed our ice cream and then I drove to the last waypoint. I found the cache quickly and TNLN. This was the first time I've seen this kind of attachment device in 3600+ caches! Thanks.

2:07 pm - This was pretty tough for a virtual! The first stage went OK, but I did 3 laps on the second before I found the answer. The third stage had a couple of different answers. I ended up trying a few, but none got me exactly at what I surmised must be the final. Thanks for the tour.

1:31 pm - We liked the tour of the swamp or lackthereof. We did it kinda backwards so I had to backtrack to the final. I treaded quietly as to not disturb the beehive a few feet away. Nice cache. TNLN. Thanks.

I will be there in a few weeks and will replace the log sheet.

12:59 pm - The breeze from riding our bikes really helped keep us cool as we rode through the preserve. We only stopped for a few minutes to grab this cache and take in a quick view. The camo seems to be wearing off, making this a pretty easy find. TNLN. Thanks!

11:56 am - I made a quick buzz by this one on my way back to Sea Pines. Speaking of buzzing, I had to move quickly to avoid all the skeeters. TNLN. Thanks!

11:35 am - Considering how far away I had parked from Honey Tree, I was surprised that I beat Bob and Mary to this cache. I had found it and I was signing the log when they showed up. TNLN. Thanks.

11:23 am - As I approached this one I noticed a couple of cachers already searching. I said hello to Bob and Mary and we searched in all different directions. Our signals weren't very consistent so it took a while before Mary spotted it. I TNLN. Bob and Mary headed back to their car which was parked in the opposite direction as mine and way closer. Oh well. Thanks!

10:42 am - This was a cool park. The 3rd stage was definitely the hardest, but mostly because of my inability to project a waypoint. The rest of the stages were fine except for the GIANT SPIDER WEBS hanging around. I saw King Kong the night before and the giant spiders were all I could think of. I was looking for a cache at stage 5 and was surprised to find another set of coordinates. I would call this a 6 stage cache. In any case, it was well put together and I enjoyed it. TNLN. Thanks!

5:39 pm - We rode our bikes on the beach here from South Beach. What a headwind! The cache was an easy find, but my pen decided not to work so my name is more etched than written. Thanks!

5:18 pm - We had some trouble with the first stage as I was looking for something that struck me more as a fish. The hint helped though and we got o our bikes for stage two. Anne's mom found this one. The cache was in an interesting spot. The sand was very soft and fine. Some people were outside at a nearby house overlooking the cache, but I think I managed to grab it without raising their interest. Thanks!

4:34 pm - I don't think I've ever almost not found a webcam before. If it wasn't for the painted feet I may have never found it! My god, they must make a killing on t-shirts here. You can't go anywhere on the island without seeing one. Thanks!

12:09 pm - We had done a whole 15 minutes of driving from Savanna, so it was definitely time for a break! :) While the rest of my family went inside for some tourist information I went for the cache. Quick find. Thanks!

8:47 pm - This was the third of 4 caches we attempted before watching the Redwood City fireworks display. Thanks for the informative description. The cache was an easy find - perhaps too easy. Caches seem to go missing in this park and I worry about this one. TNLN. Thanks.

8:40 pm - We were killing time before the fireworks by doing some caches and this was our second. It was a nice night for a walk. We found the info required and the cache easily. Thanks!

5:35 pm - DNF. Looked all around. The GPSr was indecisive so we had to cover a lot of ground. I had a suspicion of the camo, but we didn't find anything today.

2:37 pm - This one was a bit tougher than expected because the sign was gone. I climbed around a bit and found nothing. Finally I turned around to see it lying exposed just up the hill. The cache itself was in fine shape. I signed the log and hid it a bit better behind a log. Then we turned around and headed back up the hill. Thanks!

12:20 pm - Yeah, that's what I call driving excitement! Oops, wrong manufacturer.
We first tried to approach directly from the road, but decided to walk the trail instead. Looking up to the road from the bottom, it was totally doable. Oh well.
A short distance from the coordinates I saw something that looked like a container and I scrambled up the hillside to look. It was a car battery. :( We got the real cache OK and TNLN. Thanks!

11:09 am - With a stick and some stretching I was able to grab the cache. This spot also reminded me that I wanted to check out th Sports Basement across the street. I walked out with a discounted rain jacket which would have been useful on plenty of previous cache hunts. Thanks.
