A Gathering of Cultures

This one left me rather clueless at first as I only had 1/3 of the required knowledge and couldn't see the pattern. I didn't feel too bad about prodding Wintertime for hints though as I had helped her with some of the more technical aspects of setting up puzzles a few days before.

She corrected some dumb mistakes on my part and then I had it. Headed out there this evening and found it pretty quickly, even in the dark.
