Problem: Anne’s the household event planner. I have only vague ideas of when these events/vacations/trips will occur. Anne does not like this.
Solution: Connect the pieces
- Anne’s Tungsten T3
- Palm Desktop
- iSync
- iCal
- WebDAV on OS X
- Remote Calendar Add-in for Outlook 2003
- Jeff’s Outlook Calendar
Result: Automatic calendar sharing. Marital bliss. (?)
I’ve found a simple solution. It also promotes communication between spouses
Monday:
Jeff: Anne, what’s up this week?
Anne: this, and that, and this, and that
Jeff: Ok
Tuesday:
Jeff: Anne, what’s up this week?
Anne: this, and that, and this, and that
Jeff: Ok
Wednesday:
Jeff: Anne, what’s up this week?
Anne: this, and that, and this, and that
Jeff: Ok
Thursday:
Jeff: Anne, what’s up this week?
Anne: this, and that, and this, and that
Jeff: Ok
Friday:
Jeff: Anne, what’s up this week?
Anne: this, and that, and this, and that
Jeff: Ok
Saturday:
Jeff: Anne, what’s up this week?
Anne: this, and that, and this, and that
Jeff: Ok
Sunday:
Jeff: Anne, what’s up this week?
Anne: this, and that, and this, and that
Jeff: Ok
That was the old solution, Tony. Now if I just know about an event I can go pick it off the calendar rather than bug each other for the details.
