OK, this COMPLETELY rocks. Hats off, guys! Although Yahoo might not be happy I’m no longer coming in to visit the Oddly Enough stuff every few days. That’s OK, they hit me enough with the ads on eveything else…

Very, very cool. This is a big step for RSS.

Any chance you would consider using either the RSS 2.0 category tag, or ENT, to denote which category the posts are in? I realize the feeds are divided into categories themselves, but explicitly classifying each news item into categories would do a lot to help us towards topic-based aggregation (check out Blogdigger and search for politics for an example).

Either way, this is great! Thanks!

This has been in the works for a while and it’s finally up for for real. Visit http://news.yahoo.com/rss for details. RSS is alive at well at Yahoo. We’re just not in a rush. :-) Congrats and thanks to Jeff and team for making it happen!…
