There were quite a few people walking by, so I took off my pack and waited for a while, searching inbetween passings. I caught it from one angle and then had to go to a different spot to grab it.
It was here that I plucked off 4 different ticks, one that was fully engorged. I'm not sure if they were from here or from up on the trail somewhere, but they sure were plentiful today. Thanks.
