We ended up parking near Seagate ("Disc Dr." how witty!) and walking down the creek to the cache. There was poison oak along the way and I wasn't able to avoid it all, so I applied some TechNu when I got back.
It took us a while to find the cache because we didn't know how to identify the object in the hint. TNLNSL.
Then we had the adventure of hiking back along the creek. Everything was going well until the end when I found myself on the wrong side of th e creek, with a lot of thorns and water between me and where I had to be. I survived the thorns, did a little scrambling, then made a big leap across the water. I'm a regular Indiana Jones, I tell you. Thanks for the fun.
