I cornered WeBeDnD about this cache at dinner earlier in the week and let him mock me while I tried it work it out. At least he told me when I was heading off-track.
I went out to find it today I knew I was in the right place because my hat told me so.
There were lots of trucks parked on the street for some reason, but no one appeared to be in them. I found dislocater's cache first and then after some exhaustive searching I found the real one. That damn dislocater, I hate when he moves caches. Thanks!
