Today the coordinates were pointing me at the wrong side of the street, but I saw something mentioned in the hint that grabbed my attention. The nice thing about this road is that cars coming over it make quite a bit a noise, so you have plenty of advance warning.
I was digging through stuff trying to find the cache and throwing things out that was not the cache. Once I ran out of things to toss I looked over and saw the cache. I had tossed it out! Thanks for the interesting spot.
