It still didn't make any sense to me even as they practically spelled it out for me. I had a pattern that made sense for most of the numbers but not all and I got hung up on that for a long time.
I made my way out to the location tonight and parked on the wrong side of the street, but that turned out to be a good thing. I found the cache quickly and ducked into a seemingly empty parking lot. I was signing the log and putting everything back when I heard someone shouting. At first I ignored it, but then it seemed to get louder. I looked up and someone with a flashlight was yelling at me from about 200 feet away. "What are you doing? This is private property!". I just said "OK" and headed back across the street with the cache and another object in hand. I decided that it was probably best that I got out of there, so I took off for another cache.
After that one, I returned and this time there was no sign of the security guard. I put the cache back quickly and got the heck out there.
So I apologize to anyone who might have tried to find this cache between about 7:11 and 7:30. :-)
