No Trespassing!

I made my second attempt at this one today and this time I found much better parking, sneaking through a hole in the fence. When I got near the cache, creepy guy on a bike showed up and was little too friendly. I started looking, but he stopped nearby, so I waited behind a tree until he took off.

I began to look in the place where I looked last time and then decided to try a different angle when I saw it very visible and in a very different place than what's described in the hint.
