I don't usually go out caching in the dark, nevermind in the rain, but I had some time to kill, so I thought I've give this one a try. I found the cool clock OK. I had trouble understanding the questions, but I made some guesses and ended up in probable spot, close enough that I could see something that looked like the object described in the hint.
