When I got there I realized that we had been to this park before. There were some kids playing in the sand and I had trouble accessing the cache without the parents looking at me too weirdly. Finally did get it, signed it and left.
In the process of solving this one, I created very pretty color-coded excel spreadsheet with a 16x16 magic square in it. It's a shame that no one else will ever see it!
