We won!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.billboard.biz\/bbbiz\/content_display\/industry\/e3i1043e7ff720693e99fffbf2b11a8c44d\">Billboard has the story.<\/a> I&#8217;m proud that all those crazy hours I spent building LAUNCHcast from 1999 to 2002 were vindicated.<\/p>\n<p>I had the experience of testifying in federal court for this, actually the first witness in the case. The whole process was alternately completely fascinating and utterly boring. <\/p>\n<p>Perhaps I have a future as an expert witness. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><b>Update:<\/b> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.billboard.biz\/bbbiz\/content_display\/industry\/e3i449053b2068742976eef57e4e116110d\">Billboard has finally posted their summary of the closing arguments.<\/a> There&#8217;s some big errors in here though.
