7:43 pm - I found this new flatiron-style building in Santa Clara, CA, directly across the street from the world headquarters of Intel.
While there aren't streets directly on both sides, I guess the lot was kinda funny-shaped so the building is narrower on end than on the other. Starbucks is apparently the first occupant, but they're not open yet.
