Didn't see any pelicans, but we did find the cache. We didn't take the right turn to get this one, so we ended up backtracking up the road and then down again, but it was a nice drive.
A group of bird watchers were out in full force with their clipboards and reference books. We blazed by them in search of the cache. We took a wrong turn again onto the 'old' path when we should have gone for the bridge. Doubled back and found it quickly once we made it there.
