11:01 am - This was a good puzzle and I appreciate all the hard work that must have gone into it! Solved it a long time ago and today finally found myself in the neighborhood. Quite the steep road! Checked a few places first, then found it. The cache was completely soaked and I had trouble signing it. Some TLC is definitely in order. Thanks!
