Michigan Constitutional_ Decommssioned for Winter

By: GJGUDM Difficulty: 1.5 Terrain: 1.5 Container: Small

Shouldn't this be archived along with "GC1HT6R Constitutional-Plundered-Gone" so they stop showing up in PQs?

Cran-book

By: mikejoy Difficulty: 1.0 Terrain: 1.5 Container: Regular

A little rain out today added a bit of zip to this easy find. Glad all the books were in ziplock bags. God idea for anyone planning a drop-off. TNLN, TFTC!

End of the Line

By: srstuart Difficulty: 1.0 Terrain: 1.5 Container: Micro

I was second to find the new log, though whoever it is didn't sign in here. It was funny how confidently I walked to the wrong location and wrestled with something that wouldn't budge. The two store workers who were breaking down boxes kept looking over at me, but I think I out-nonchalanted their interest.

Urban Oasis V.2

By: TeamLegend4 Difficulty: 1.5 Terrain: 1.5 Container: Small

Fun find. I like how snuggly the unique container fits.

A - Z Names - BELLE

By: Team Rumble Difficulty: 1.5 Terrain: 1.5 Container: Micro

Technically, it was over the fenceline, if not over the fence. Once I thought outside of the rules, it was an easy-ish find.

Off in the Weeds

By: Kurt Miscovich Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 1.0 Container: Small

Thank god the glue was visible. Would've never found it without. Great container!

City of Troy War Memorial

By: Rattrak Difficulty: 1.5 Terrain: 1.5 Container: Small

Since my phone doesn't allow projections, I used google earth, which at least got me to the general area. Pigs abound!

Timber!

By: srstuart Difficulty: 1.0 Terrain: 1.5 Container: Small

This I think is the NYC of woodland creatures. The all scurried unfortunately. TFTC!

Position is Everything!

By: srstuart Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 1.5 Container: Small

Just my kind of puzzle. Thanks. Also, first decon container I'd seen. I like these, they're cool. Cool hide, too.

Steganography - #5

By: The Conman Difficulty: 4.0 Terrain: 2.0 Container: Small

These puzzles were great. Solved 'em all by myself too.

Training cache #5

By: Team sixgun Difficulty: 1.5 Terrain: 1.0 Container: Micro

Moist Log. Easy find.

urban cattails

By: team sixgun Difficulty: 1.0 Terrain: 1.5 Container: Micro

I think the container is locking the wetness in. Needs a little log maintenance. Still, signed it.

done on my lunch

By: team sixgun Difficulty: 1.5 Terrain: 2.0 Container: Small

Thanks for the excuse to go here. It's little places like these that I like to go, but probably never would without a reason. Nice spot to sit and relax, and ignore if anyone's staring.

Steganography - #1

By: The Conman Difficulty: 4.0 Terrain: 2.0 Container: Small

Loved the puzzles. Thanks!

Big Dogs

By: jbat66 Difficulty: 1.0 Terrain: 1.0 Container: Virtual

Grew up on this road. First chance to nab this in a while.

Union Jack

By: Bapman Crew Difficulty: 1.5 Terrain: 2.0 Container: Regular

An easy find, but a pretty empty cache. This looks like a spot where either bums or teenagers hide and drink. I was really hoping to pick up the "42" Hitchhiker geocoin, but it wasn't in. Also, watch out for thorns. They ripped my neck and jacket on my way back from the cache.

Karate

By: gsix5666 Difficulty: 1.5 Terrain: 1.5 Container: Small

This was my most interesting find yet. When I arrived at the coordinates, I saw that it was on the other side of a shiny new fence. When I got out of the car, I noticed this really was a Brand New fence, and the ground had recently been bulldozed. Pretty sure the cache was placed before this fence was up, so I started eying the rubble. To my surprise I noticed a broken up white plastic cup-like container, covered in camo-tape and smashed to bits. This sure looked like cache residue. No log obviously, but I'm claiming this as a find--and probably the last find for this cache ever. I took photos and will confirm with the owner, but I do believe I've recovered a cache corpse.

PBN #2 - Can you hear the thunder?

By: gsix5666 Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 1.5 Container: Micro

Fed some squirrelz, and found the cache after trying to loosen a battery pack that sure looked like a large ammo crate. Seemed to right on the tail of dragontearz this day.

Exit 237 TB-Hotel

By: gsix5666 Difficulty: 1.0 Terrain: 2.0 Container: Regular

Thanks to the satellite view on my G1, I saw there was a much easier path to follow. Only found one TB in this hotel, the coins were missing. Dropped off WOM Dog Spot.

"Bridging" the Clinton

By: boatbums2 Difficulty: 4.0 Terrain: 2.0 Container: Small

Found it... still on the trail of these "demontears." Hard to find this one as it looks just like all of the other garbage in this area. Would take a whole weekend to "trash out" here... sorry.

Right Behind The Star

By: kbjeep Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 3.0 Container: Regular

Found this one. It was well-weathered from the outdoors and I almost didn't bother with it. Great hide. Left Flicka TB

Wonderful cache name and hints. It all ties together wonderfully. What a fun find. Thanks!

Wilson Travel Bug Cabins

By: Kurt Miscovich Difficulty: 1.0 Terrain: 1.5 Container: Regular

Ha! What a ridiculous location! Been quite a while since I've found a non-nano cache. Dropped off Wiggles. Took on some more travellers. TFTC!

HNY09 - Watching I-75

By: srstuart Difficulty: 1.0 Terrain: 1.0 Container: Micro

First find on a lunch spree trying to hack down the density of this area. Couldn't do them all in an hour though, will have to come back for the rest. TFTC!

Columbia Vineyard

By: srstuart Difficulty: 1.5 Terrain: 1.0 Container: Micro

Really easy to find with no grape leaves. Shame tho, dolomadescache sounds good right now.

City Cave

By: srstuart Difficulty: 1.0 Terrain: 2.0 Container: Micro

Good thing the scary monsters were in the cave to make sure the hundreds of lunchtime muggles didn't even look our way. TFTC!

Columbia

By: srstuart Difficulty: 1.0 Terrain: 1.0 Container: Micro

Great hide! Thankfully it was far enough away from all the business activity. Sorry, I did not wave.

Somerset Parking Not

By: DarrylW4 & Firefly03 Difficulty: 3.5 Terrain: 1.5 Container: Micro

Found it pretty easily. Hardly anyone around besides traffic on Coolidge at lunch time.

The Cube

By: Bernard (Tony) Rosenthal Difficulty: 1.0 Terrain: 1.0 Container: Virtual

Had planned on a full geocaching day after visiting "J" of elitepanthers' radio show on WCBN, but had to leave early. Still, walking around A2 at 4:30am, this one was hard to miss! I used to live on this street back in 1993 before geocaching existed, but waited 'til today to officially "find" it. ***edit***

I just read the note about this virtual being possibly archived. I volunteer to maintain/take ownership if that is the case. Is that even possible? This one is too classic to let go to waste.

By: mikejoy Difficulty: 1.0 Terrain: 1.0 Container: Micro

Found the empty container. Meeds Naintenance.

Mill Corner

By: mikejoy Difficulty: 1.0 Terrain: 2.0 Container: Regular

Nice to see such a large container in such a crowded area. Really felt cool knowing there were lots of people around who couldn't see what we were doing. Didn't see any TBs. TNLN, TFTC!

By: mccaul29 Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 1.0 Container: Micro

HNY09-only a dollar

By: woodville Difficulty: 1.0 Terrain: 1.0 Container: Micro

Very clever hide. Almost gave up. Loved the little guardsman.

I ?ve Met You Before!

By: Rattrak Difficulty: 1.5 Terrain: 1.5 Container: Regular

Wife stayed in the car. We've determined she's not going to do any more caches near dumpsters. :) Took the Wiggles II TB and wooden chip. Left an air freshener ;)

Got Bacon?

By: woodville Difficulty: 2.5 Terrain: 1.5 Container: Micro

Smallest cache I've ever seen. Where do you get a container like this? Log is still full, btw.

Do You Have A Beaumont Garden

By: BRUBUS Difficulty: 1.0 Terrain: 1.0 Container: Micro

Cool garden, didn't know it was here. Google phone had a very hard time with GPS in this area, but we found it. The hint took us away from finding it for a bit, though, although we did find a nice place to grab some still-fresh herbs growing nicely mid-november.

Cache Terms Of Endearment

By: Ramblin' Rumble Difficulty: 2.5 Terrain: 1.5 Container: Micro

My first puzzle cache. Was avoiding this because I was overthinking the puzzle. You don't need to be a seasoned veteran understanding all the "terms" to get the solve. Thanks for the fun!

All Aboard

By: Tacoosh Difficulty: 2.5 Terrain: 2.0 Container: Regular

Nice big cache. Easy to find at dusk. Got to watch a train go by. Beware of thorns, tho.

Chris's Hide

By: JCMR Difficulty: 2.5 Terrain: 2.0 Container: Regular

Such an unseasonably beautiful day in the area, the wife and I packed up our kleenexes and cough drops and headed out. Brought a dog too. Great hiding spot.

Crawfish Pond

By: JCMR Difficulty: 3.0 Terrain: 2.0 Container: Small

First find with my wife and one of our dogs. Now this is the way to geocache! Great hiding spot! A lot easier in the daylight. :)

Walk in the Park

By: Karshooter and KLWiand Difficulty: 1.5 Terrain: 1.5 Container: Small

Our fourth and final cache of this beautiful day in November. Very nice hide.

SQ Bend It Like Beekman
