Blur

By: Shroomie Difficulty: 3.0 Terrain: 1.5 Container: Micro

There was another Shroomie hide at the top of my "nearest to church" list, so how could I resist dropping by this afternoon? After checking the obvious and suspicious pile, I expanded my search radius and found several other spots that were more typical of Shroomie's style. Unfortunately, the cache wasn't in any of them. Then Shroomie himself showed up to check on the cache, and we introduced ourselves. We interrupted our conversation so I could find the cache (guided by a few "you're getting warmer" hints). I spotted the camouflaged cache not far from where I'd been searching before the owner arrived. I gave my trackable sig token for this nano-cache to the owner before we parted ways. TNLNSL. Thanks for the conversation, and TFTC!

The Question _ _ _ _!

By: Little"D" Difficulty: 2.5 Terrain: 1.5 Container: Micro

This morning, I dropped by to search again for this one. I eventually found it within a few feet of my original GZ. After all this time searching, I wasn't expecting something so simple. It's amazing how effective this camouflage technique can be. TN, L my trackable sig tokens, SL. TFTC!

Yellow dot

By: rscout79 Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 1.5 Container: Micro

I was in the area and stopped to search for this cache. Like others, I started by searching the correct object, but didn't find the cache until I searched elsewhere and then returned to reconsider the correct object. The cache blends in very nicely. The log appeared to have been replaced recently. I'll keep my trackable sig token for this nano-cache moving. TNLNSL, TFTC!

10-10-10 Multi-Event - The GBA version

By: Marky & Joani, anne.and.eli Difficulty: 1.0 Terrain: 1.5 Container: Not chosen

Mrs. niraD and I celebrated 10-10-10 with dinner and this geocaching event. The room was awfully loud, but our dinner was good and it was great seeing familiar faces (and a few not-so-familiar faces). TN, L my trackable sig token, SL. Thanks for pulling everything together for this fun event, and TFTC!

In Case of Emergency!

By: Quinner1011, teamjnj Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 1.0 Container: Small

A friend of mine lives just down the street, so after dropping him off, I took a short detour for this quick find. And it was a very quick find indeed. The cache is fun to find, but has it really survived for more than 2 years? Wow! TN, L my trackable sig tokens, SL. TFTC!

Kinda Loud

By: Shroomie Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 1.5 Container: Micro

This was at the top of my "nearest to church" list, so I dropped by to give it a try. I found it very quickly, given that it's a Shroomie hide. Nicely done. I'll keep my trackable sig token for this nano-cache moving. TNLNSL, TFTC!
