You Can Turn That Page Now

By: eagleneb22 (with help from my2002cali) Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 1.5 Container: Micro

We lived about a mile walk from here for 9 years, so I'm familiar with this library, and with the sculpture. But I never looked at the sculpture quite this way before... SMILIE Thanks for the checksum. It took a couple tries before I got DE right. [:I] But then the coordinates were very good, making the cache a relatively quick find, once there was a break in the muggle traffic. (To the anonymous geocacher whose hint I declined, thanks anyway!) FWGB. TN, L my trackable sig tokens, SL. TFTC!

Morchella

By: Shroomie Difficulty: 2.5 Terrain: 1.5 Container: Micro

It was a beautiful morning for a stroll in the park. Everything was still wet from the recent rain, but the sky was clear and the sun was shining. It's amazing how effective such simple camouflage can be. I'll keep my trackable sig token for this nano-cache moving. FWGB, TNLNSL. TFTC!

Team Checkers' First 10K

By: way2wild Difficulty: 1.0 Terrain: 1.0 Container: Not chosen

It was fun to get together to celebrate Team Checkers' 5-digit milestone before the FINAL ACTIVITIES 2009. Congratulations! TN, L trackable sig tokens, SL. FWGB. TFTC!

FINAL ACTIVITIES 2009

By: SPHERICAL FULLERENES Difficulty: 1.0 Terrain: 1.0 Container: Large

I'm honored to have been included in this year's ACTIVITIES. Thanks to Venona and his minions for making it happen! FWGB. TN, L my trackable sig token, SL. TFTC!

Just My Size

By: Geo Baby Difficulty: 1.5 Terrain: 1.0 Container: Small

I was one of the people who grabbed this one after the Team Checkers' First 10K event. I need to figure out a better way to do paperless multi-caches, because reading the cache description on the same device that I'm using to record the coordinates of the next stage is awkward. Still, it was an easy find since WalruZ was holding the container when we reached GZ. :) TN, L my trackable sig token, SL. FWGB. TFTC!

Centerville Depot Solo

By: BuckyDef Difficulty: 1.0 Terrain: 1.0 Container: Not chosen

This was a fun solo adventure before the FINAL ACTIVITIES 2009 event. I've done webcam caches solo before, but this was the first one I'd done with my Nexus One, which served as my GPSr, paperless geocaching device, and internet device. I'll keep my trackable sig token for this webcam cache moving. FWGB, TNLNSL. TFTC!
