I was listening to an audio book, so I probably wasn't putting my full attention on finding the cache. I wandered a bit, then spotted it when I got to the right place. Thanks!

Neat little plaque! I made this my turn-around point and headed back down the switchbacks after finding the cache. Thanks!

I don't think I've ever found a cache quite like this. It could have been really difficult. Thanks!

I didn't get around to planning a hike until late this morning. The hike I wanted to do was not too far from home and not that taxing since I was still recovering from a cold. I parked near this cache, made it my first, and set off on a little hike. Thanks!

Found this one without too much difficulty on my little hike this afternoon. Thanks!

I skipped this on the way out because a jogger was going to be coming up on me soon. I did spot the cache, and planned to pick it up on the way back. It was a surprise, and I couldn't figure out where the log was for a few minutes. I opened up the cache a second time and figured out where the log would be. Thanks!

I don't know what a normal flow for this creek looks like, but it was really rushing today. I spotted a few sticks a lot of leaves in a pile, and dug out the cache. Thanks!

I had a seat and spotted the cache before I had a opportunity to look up the hint. Thanks!

This type of hide can be difficult, but I had reasonable luck today. Thanks!

This was my cache reward for coming up the switchbacks. There were lots of mountain bikers heading up and heading down today. Thanks!

This cache seemed very familiar, but I don't see any prior log by myself. I hiked down from Harry Rd., then went for a short hike in Santa Teresa before returning. Thanks!

People were starting to line up for dinner, so I wasn't planning a long search. Fortunately, I spotted it right after dismounting from by bike and it was no problem at all. Our daughter-in-law stopped here last week and brought us a nice dinner. Thanks!

A few years ago, I stopped by the CO's house, chatted with him, logged the cache at his house, and logged his TB vehicle. I believe that was in Santa Clara and I lived in Saratoga. Today, I live about a mile away and came by on my bike. No problem locating the cache. I didn't leave or pickup any travel bugs, but I will keep this resource in mind. Thanks!

I have been by here at least two or three times before when I was out for one of my walks. Today I was on my bike with GPSr, so I had a look for it. Thanks!

I have stopped here a few times since we moved into the neighborhood nearby. Today, I was out for a bike ride, and finally got around to looking for this one. Thanks!

This seemed to be an odd placement, but highly visible from my direction of approach. I hike with two hiking poles, and they came in handy here to make my approach secure. Thanks!

The hint seemed a little vague, but the coordinates were pretty good and the cache is in a secure spot, out of the creek bed, away from the danger of being washed away. I am not that great of a finder, but I wandered around, and spotted the FTF prize, then the cache. I pondered the prize, then decided to take it since I lost one of my water bottles at a cache a few months ago. I came from Off With Their Heads, so the pink ribbons were a nice touch and I followed them up to the Die Hard tree. My 24K topo maps do not do justice to the terrain around here. There must have been a lot of data averaging in this vicinity. Thanks!

I planned to go for a few off trail caches, and this one was on the route and kept me on the route. I came from the top, and used this to judge where to leave the road. Thanks!

I usually hike as early as I can get going in the morning, but we had house guests this morning, and I decided to try an afternoon hike. I came from the top, and this was my first cache of the day. I judged it pretty well and headed in from the road at the right point. The search took a little time, but I finally found something that matched the hint. Thanks!

This was my last cache of the afternoon. I followed the pink ribbons up the hill, found the clearing, then headed over to this tree. After finding the cache, I headed back to my car and called home since I would get there after 6 pm. Thanks!

That was a long slog uphill from the lagoon. I wandered around a bit, stood by the tree with my compass to make sure I knew my directions, then went over and found the cache. Thanks!
