I parked in the lot nearby and headed out on a levy bike ride. This was my first stop. Thanks!
By: Borgster Difficulty: 1.5 Terrain: 3.0 Container: Small
Hmm. Lots of rocks and shrubs. Good thing I had my GPSr along. Thanks!
By: Baron88 Difficulty: 1.5 Terrain: 3.0 Container: Small
Another biker was taking a break when I pulled up, but he soon departed and I had the cache in hand. Thanks!
By: csolsen Difficulty: 1.5 Terrain: 1.5 Container: Small
A parks guy was working here on my way out, so I skipped it. I stopped on my way back, read the description and hint, and got the cache on the first swipe. Thanks!
By: Baron88 Difficulty: 1.5 Terrain: 1.5 Container: Small
I had already been out pretty far on the levies. I was willing to get this one as long as I didn't pick up any more mud, and that was the case. Thanks!

This one has been around a while and I have done a couple other BAMH's. I decided that I would bike on over and give it a try. I left the bike at the bottom and hoofed it on up. The route I chose wasn't bad and I soon made it up. Thanks!
By: Baron88 Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 2.5 Container: Small
No problem finding this one. I signed and continued on my levy bike ride. Thanks!
By: Baron88 Difficulty: 1.5 Terrain: 1.5 Container: Small
This was the second stop of the morning on my levy bike ride. I saw the four pillars right away and had the cache soon after. Thanks!
By: csolsen Difficulty: 1.5 Terrain: 2.0 Container: Micro
Another grab on my bicycle levy ride. Thanks!
By: Alamogul Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 2.0 Container: Micro
The multi was pretty easy, but getting the log out to sign took a few tries. The next time I'm back here I'll get the companion multi. Thanks!
By: IrishJen Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 2.5 Container: Micro
I resisted, let another biker pass and stopped for the cache. I like these were there aren't a lot of places to look. Thanks!
By: csolsen Difficulty: 1.5 Terrain: 1.5 Container: Micro
I skipped the outlook because the was a parks guy working there. I spotted this one after peeking around a bit. Thanks!
By: Kyle and his Aunt and Uncle Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 2.0 Container: Regular
I skipped this, and made sure that it was where it thought it was. I left my bike on the way back and trudged on up to get it. The cache was fairly exposed, so no problems finding it. Thanks!
By: donvsop Difficulty: 1.5 Terrain: 2.0 Container: Micro
This type of hide can be tricky, but not today. I made a relatively quick stop, and continued on my bike ride along the bay. Thanks!
By: Baron88 Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 3.0 Container: Small
I knew the levy was a bit muddy, but thought I would give it a go. I pedaled as far as this cache, but the mud picked by my bike said it was time to turn around. When I got back to pavement, I spend a while de-mudding. Thanks!
By: Baron88 Difficulty: 2.5 Terrain: 4.0 Container: Micro
I'm a pretty nimble 58-year-old. The retrieval probably took five minutes or so. Thanks!
By: AlphaRomero.com Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 3.0 Container: Micro
Oh well, back up and take the easy way to the cache. I initially picked the wrong tree, but I eventually got the right one, and made the easy find. Thanks!
By: CKayaks Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 2.5 Container: Micro
The weather was cloudy and cool and the trails were a little muddy in spots. The trails weren't going to get any drier this week, so I headed out this morning. Thanks!
By: The Cachemanian Devils Difficulty: 1.5 Terrain: 2.5 Container: Not chosen
I headed out early this morning. After reading on the Open Space web site that the park would be open at 7 am this time of year, I headed out and got here about 7:25 am. I skipped the trailhead cache and made this my first. Thanks!
By: The Cachemanian Devils Difficulty: 1.5 Terrain: 2.5 Container: Regular
I didn't need any shade for this hike. The weather was cloudy and cool. No problems spotting the cache. Thanks!
By: CKayaks Difficulty: 3.5 Terrain: 2.5 Container: Regular
This one just made it. It was off my route, but the GPSr read 0.10 miles to the cache, so I went for it. No problems spotting it. Thanks!
By: CKayaks Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 1.0 Container: Micro
I initially skipped this one because there was an Open Space guy in the area when I started. No problem finding it later. Thanks!
By: CKayaks Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 2.0 Container: Small
The coordinates worked well for me. The cache was the first thing I touched on the first reach. Thanks!
By: Geokashers and KrazyMonky Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 2.5 Container: Small
This type of hide can sometimes take me a while, but today, luck was on my side. Thanks!
By: The Cachemanina Devils Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 2.5 Container: Regular
I could have used a little break after all the uphill, but I quickly spotted the cache, signed, and trudged on. Thanks!
By: CKayaks Difficulty: 2.5 Terrain: 3.0 Container: Small
The posted coordinates didn't do it for me initially. I wandered around and couldn't find the cache for a while, then spotted the second set of coordinates in the description. I entered them into my PN-40 and they took me right to the cache. Thanks!
By: Geokashers and KrazyMonky Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 3.0 Container: Regular
The view today was a little hampered by the clouds, but it was still worthwhile. Thanks!
By: The Cachemanian Devils Difficulty: 1.0 Terrain: 2.5 Container: Regular
I headed to the wrong spot first of all, but finally checked out the hiding spot. Thanks!
By: Starpop Difficulty: 1.5 Terrain: 3.0 Container: Small
I started looking for a hanging decon. I got to the point where the distance reading on my GPSr was in the single digits, read the description, and looked down and spotted the cache immediately. Thanks!
By: Valoha Difficulty: 1.5 Terrain: 2.0 Container: Small
I was ready to be done with my hike when I found this cache. Fortunately, it was an easy find. Except that I couldn't find the log to sign. Then I read "Geocache Log". Hmm, must be intended for dummies like me. I signed the log, set the GPSr for the trailhead cache, and swigged my last water. It was almost noon.
By: Geokashers and KrazyMonky Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 3.0 Container: Small
I didn't need a hint for this one. I walked right up and spotted something that looked unnatural. Thanks!
By: CKayaks Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 3.0 Container: Small
I felt pretty good, so I started thinking about making a big loop. I signed the log and didn't take much of a break. Thanks!
By: CKayaks Difficulty: 3.0 Terrain: 3.0 Container: Micro
I spotted the likely location from about 500 feet. A close inspection yielded the cache fairly quickly. Thanks!
By: CKayaks Difficulty: 2.5 Terrain: 3.5 Container: Small
The cache wasn't where I initially expected it to be, given the owner's proclivities. It didn't take long to find it though. Thanks!
By: Geokashers Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 2.5 Container: Small
I worked out the easiest terrain to take to the cache, and hiked on up. I spotted the cache quicker than I usually do for this type of hide. Thanks!
By: Geokashers Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 2.5 Container: Small
I headed out for a morning ride on Woods Road and made this my first stop. Thanks for the excuse to get out here.
By: sammydee Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 2.5 Container: Micro
I heard voices as I quickly signed the log and re-hid the cache, but it turned out they were on a different trail. There was a bit of fog this morning, but otherwise was a nice day for a bike ride. Thanks!
By: Geokashers Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 2.5 Container: Micro
I didn't see the tree the first time I passed by. I was too busy steering and keeping my eyes on the road. I stopped 0.1 miles below, and had to come back up the hill. Thanks!

I'm planning to attend.

I didn't read the cache descriptions ahead of time, and was surprised by this one. ProTechCC did the honors, but dropped the cache cap, so I picked it up and climbed while Mrs. ProTechCC shot a few pictures. Thanks!
By: DarkZen Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 3.0 Container: Regular
ProTechCC found the right stump, and quickly on this one. Thanks!
By: 50sumtin Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 2.0 Container: Regular
I found the topo image on Terraserver, but the coordinates I came up with were a couple tenths of a mile off. ProTechCC had much better coordinates, but it took the hints to actually find the cache.

We started up the West Ridge Trail this morning, and this was the first of this series we encountered. The number of caches lead me to plan a hike here, and it turned out pretty much as planned. With a couple exceptions, we found the caches quickly and kept up a good pace. Thanks!
By: DarkPrimate Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 3.0 Container: Regular
We met a mountain biker at the trail junction not far from here. He was nice enough, but was not particularly apologetic about bringing a bike out here. The trail shows signs of lots of bikers riding this way. We found the cache quickly and decided to turn around and take the Ridge Connection trail over to Halloween Tree. Thanks!
By: DarkZen Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 3.0 Container: Regular
Protechcc spotted an unnatural occurrence and had the cache in hand almost immediately. Thanks!
By: Heel Clickin' Cow Pie Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 3.0 Container: Regular
ProTechCC spotted this one from the trail, so it was a quick and easy find. We had been hiking for quite a while, so it was good that it was all downhill from here. Thanks!
By: mayela mingi Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 3.5 Container: Regular
The site had a couple fairly recent uprooting and falling over of trees, so the site will eventually be fairly bare. I was glad ProTechCC was along for this one, because my PN-40 had me heading to the wrong circle of trees. Thanks!
By: Her Sticky Pieness Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 3.0 Container: Regular
This was a bit tricky, but two searchers are much faster than one. I found the hiding spot after walking past it a couple times. Thanks!
By: Jeweled Cow Pie Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 3.0 Container: Regular
This one took a bit of hunting because we passed the right redwood by and started looking at a lot of wrong ones. I eventually looked at my PN-40 and found cache quickly. Thanks!
By: DrowzyZen Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 3.0 Container: Regular
We spent quite a while here. ProTechCC had the right area, but missed the cache in its little cubby hole, covered with sticks. I used the hints and finally came up with the cache. Thanks!
By: Evil Elmira Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 3.0 Container: Regular
The hint was an excellent one, even though there are lots of logs in this area. We spotted the unnatural placement of a couple pieces of bark and soon had the cache. Thanks!
By: The Wicked Cow Pie of the West Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 3.0 Container: Regular
ProTechCC ventured farther from the trail than I and came up with this one. I had a Delorme PN-40 and he had a Garmin 60csx. This particular cache was advantage Garmin. Thanks!
By: mayela mingi Difficulty: 2.5 Terrain: 2.0 Container: Small
This was the first cache of the morning on a hike with ProtechCC & his wife. It took a bit of looking, but we finally uncovered the hiding spot. Thanks for the puzzle and cache!
By: ynots4 Difficulty: 2.0 Terrain: 2.5 Container: Regular
Protechcc was first to spot this one on a beautiful December morning. Thanks!
