Memorial Point Scenic Overlook

Unfortunately, there was road construction along this stretch of road on 5/20-5/21. Passed it once on 5/20 and went back on 5/21 to confirm. Parking lot was closed to public, as construction workers used lot for their personal vehicles and some machinery. Will get back one day for a proper find.

My first cache ever! Visiting the Tahoe area on vacation. Plan on moving to the Bay Area in a couple of months and will definitely visit the area again.

Very beautiful spot and such clear water! Parked in the wrong lot but walked over to the dock. My girlfriend took this picture and we got a couple of other great pictures of the two of us later.
